Hello Friends!  My name is Mark Ballard, or how I’m known on most of the web as Voicepoet.

I created BarkMallard Creative Design in early 2009, after the economy caused me to be laid off from my employment of four years.  Since I knew the economy wasn’t going to create a job for me, I knew I had to make one for myself, and that’s just what I did.

So now I’m just trying to make the best life I can here in San Diego, with the attitude that God will pull me through.  And with a little faith and elbow grease, I believe I can accomplish anything.

I know that this really doesn’t say much about who I am, but I figure, why try to sum it up in one page, when I got a whole web site. Feel free to rummage around this site to take a peek into my soul, and who knows, when you get to the end of the rainbow, you may just like what you see.
