This is a logo I created for CE San Diego, a new scavenger hunt business here in San Diego, started up by my cousin and her friend.

According to their web site, the goal of each scavenger hunt is to “bring people together to explore the place that we call home! We will lead you on a scavenger hunt using your personal navigation system to find pre-designated spots around San Diego county.”

I thought it was a cool concept, so I volunteered to design them a logo.

The larger logo is the final design I came up with.  Down below are multiple color combinations of the blue green and brown they chose to give the logo an “earthy” feel.

This is a logo I came up with a few months ago for my friend @julesvida who wants to start a blog about different bacon recipes.  So I suggested the domain http://www.wrapitinbacon.com.

Another logo design I came up with when I was researching company name ideas.  I still kind of like it.

These are a few conceptual logo designs I came up with for a client who needed a a web site. I thought they were in major need of a more  professional looking logo, but for some reason they wanted to keep their old logo.  I kind of like the concept so I thought I’d stick it in my portfolio.  Maybe I’ll be able to use the idea on another project down the road.

Here’s a conceptual logo I created for a friend of mine who’s starting off a service based non profit, “incorporating the old code of the west into a model of neighbor helping neighbor”, as he so elegantly puts it.

I was having a conversation with a friend on facebook about recent concept logo designs I created, and she told me I really shouldn’t use the bm logo, and I can guess you you understand why (if not ask your mother).

So as a joke I added a couple dots to it to make it more relevant. Aren’t humor and design a great thing? I think I really should combine them more often. What do you think? LOL!
